- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Payments & Billing
- Service Description:
- NameMaxi Outbound provides a set number of buyer emails for a fixed price.
- We recommend submitting an optimal number of domains to maximize relevance.
- High-relevance buyer emails are prioritized, with lower-relevance ones added to complete the balance.
- If we cannot provide the full set of buyer emails, you may continue using remaining credits with additional domains later.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to process your payment.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided on our website.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Interfering with our website’s security or operations.
- Using our services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for NameMaxi Outbound.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Credits Purchased: Credits bought for NameMaxi Outbound cannot be refunded.
- Expiration: Unused credits expire after 12 months but can be used at any time before expiration.
- Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be granted under special circumstances, such as double charges or technical errors.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at sales@namemaxi.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order details.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
